MF 283 Runs for 20-30 minutes then dies...
I ran my tractor today for over an hour on uneven ground pushing brush and shredding. She ran strong like bull!! I believe the culprit was the extra gasket on the fuel filter. I took it off, bled the air out of the lines, and haven't had an issue. Many thanks for the help and for...- TractorLynn

MF 283 Runs for 20-30 minutes then dies...
My MF 283 starts right up, runs for 20-30 minutes under load, then chokes down and dies. It begins to lose power and sometimes a popping sound is heard, then dies.
