Peerless/Tecumseh 205-024B Transaxle
Hi y'all. Haven't been on this part of the forum before, but have a problem that looks like it could be handled here. I've got a 1994 Murray rider mower that the transaxle has crapped out on. I'm quite sure it isn't the belt as it is snug and there is no slippage, just slow moving going forward...- ArkanDan

JD you are just paying the extra cost for the NAME!!!! I have a craftsman for 25yrs and all I have replaced are belts tires battries and a seat and I have 7 acers and it gets mowed 7-8 months out of the year !!! And I have seen my friends buy 2 JD to my one.Change the oil and take care of it and...- travis d phillips
