    D connecting rod shims

    I have some NOS connecting rod shims. I thought I had some older and some newer D rod shims. However the ones I thought were new have the two bolt holes closer together than the older ones. Is this correct, or are these newer shims actually from a G?

    JD Model E Spreader Floor

    I am restoring a JD Model E horse-drawn spreader. When I took it apart there were no floor boards left, so I don 't know if they were tongue and groove or not. The side board remnants are tongue and groove. Any ideas what to use for the floor?
