    I located the threaded hole in the location in the green square in the picture. Must be where the rock shaft line would connect if there was a pressure line from the priority valve. I haven’t crawled under the left side yet to find the return connection plug. Thanks again everyone.

    Check the lever inside the governor housing. The two fingers on the lever should straddle the sleeve. If one of the fingers is bent it will bind/wear on the sleeve.

    If the dash lever is pulled all the way back it’s in ‘float’ and there wouldn’t be pressure on the lines.
