    John deere model 30 bale ejector issues

    Just got done with 1st cutting hay. Im having some issue with my thrower. I have standard 9x18 wagons and I have to run the valve all the way up all the time. Also randomly ill have a bale that wont even make it to the wagon. Probably 1 out of 10-15 bales. Just not sure where to start trouble...

    That crossed my mind. But looking in my manual it shows the axle shaft being pressed out of the housing ..and it seems like it would be hard to do with the center casting still on the axle

    I was trying to remove my rear tires today to replace them. And noticed my outer axle bearing is bad.     Yes i have a book. It stated if pump is updated with a speed advance to set static timing at 4° btdc. Which i had to estimate by counting teeth on my flywheel and measuring distance between tdc mark and 10° mark on my flywheel. My tractor had a lope at idle before tear down. I had my pump...

    I started my 3010 diesel for the fist time since a major overhaul...I have a couple of issues. The first is the oil pressure is really high. At idle speed its between 40-50 lbs.     I actually bought one from steiners.. the old one was copper. I just didn't know if I was trying to route it wrong. I should have installed it prior to everything else.. I looked in the parts manual but it doesnt show if its below or above the steering motor

    Im putting my restored 3010 diesel back together. My old fuel line from the tank to the lift pump was copper. But it was leaking. So I had a steel one made ...Does it go under or over the steering motor? does it go between the frame and steering pipes? Does the fitting on the lift pump face...

    I have not started the tractor yet. I tore the engine down this winter and did a major overhaul. Im just currently installing the pump. Just seems odd that im almost out of adjustment just trying to set the static timing

    Ok so I installed the pump at 4° then turned engine over two revolutions and had to turn the pump to align the timing window, my pump isnt out of adjustment but its close. could there be something off with the pump itself? I also tried it at tdc and same thing

    Thanks for the info guys, one more question since I have an updated style pump, does it still utilize the spring that goes under the drive lug? It didnt have one one i took it out but noticed it in the parts manual
