    MF 165 fluids

    Been a while since I worked on one. What type engine oil and how much? What type trans fluid? What type power steering fluid? I think I used to use Permatran in the power steering of my old MF 30 Industrial. Is that correct for the 165 also? Thanks, Richard

    power converter

    I hate to ask electrical questions, but here goes. Received a new machine at work, along with a power converter that came with it. Prior to the machines arrival, supplier told us that it required a 40 amp 120 line. Ran a #8, bought a single pole breaker,and that parts ready to go. Didn't know...

    Home town had a Oliver dealer, so there was 7 or 8 2150's in the area. We had a '69 4wd that I put several hundred hrs. on. 109 on the drawbar does not seem right to me.     How to adjust a 10-foot Rhino shredder to a JD 6105D

    I seldom use the top link unless I need to pick the mower up. Attached to arms and adj. the height by the back wheels. Set the arms at the desired height to correspond with the back wheels.

    Mainly Minnies

    Have always been fond of the GBD's. Local farmer had 2 and they were his main tractors for almost 30 yrs.They pulled good, but did not like the muddy fields.

    Hard starting kubota

    I've had a Kubota around since the first boatload. Like some of the other posts mentioned.....they all had to have a strong glow plug, in any weather.

    I agree with welding man.....the only issues is resale, they are on par with Kubota in every other way. Find a well cared for used one and save some money.
