    Massey Harris 333

Thanks guys. I think I am starting to understand/see why some of the Masseys seem to be a little cheaper to buy, engine parts must be hard to come by and expensive

    Massey Harris 333

I am new to this forum, IH guy. I would like to know if the MH 333's were good tractors and what is the price range for one. I am looking at one, straight sheet metal fair to good tires, wide front end no 3 point and has been repainted few years back and the runs, have not heard it run yet...

    cat 955L

Might try iron peddlers in Monroe NC, just north east of Charlotte NC they deal in CAT parts and equipment pretty good folks to deal with. 955's are strong tuff machines they have a lot of break out power

Voltage loss at the starter - Farmall M gas

You might want to have the starter cked/rebuilt. A friend of mine had the same problem, we removed the starter and found the bearings and cone bushings bad. He had the starter rebuilted and everything is good now. Good luck

Fuel proof paint in a rattle can for carb.

I use Seymour cast blast original and on the manifold I use cast blast original 1200 degree. It gives the appearance of old cast. I have had good luck with it
