Thank you so much! This is very helpful. I agree now that you mention it that it must be "E" not "B" as first letter. Funny it ended up in state of Washington after MFG in UK.- ulrichbdpm

Ford 5000 Serial Number decode
I inherited a Ford 5000 tractor from my father. I'm trying to figure out exactly the year/model/etc. I have found tractor model number, tractor number, etc on a label posted under the hood that covers the battery (photo uploaded). I've seen reference to three numbers identifying the tractor...- ulrichbdpm
