    No idea where you are but ive had ice lock up a rear end,drained it when it thawed,it was a shock how much moisture can accumulate where you dont want it.

    Pandoras box,buy the right blades and spare yourself a lot of aggravation and potential safety issues.New blade are relatively inexpensive and last for a long time if not abused.

    Unfortunately for you the service guy is absolutely certain that he is at least 3times as smart as you so your requests or instructions arent really taken all that seriously,my advice is find another dealership that actually values its customers.

    Permatex Ultra Black Gasket Sealer

    Ive heard of guys using it to seal crankcase halves on chainsaws without any problem but permatex does not recommend using it a sealant where gasoline is present.Ive never had the nerve to try it myself always going with Stihls recommendation.
