    Did One Last Year.. Take To A Machine Shop They Can Install New Guides And Seats.... I Had New Guides And Seats And All New Valves And Springs Installed... 650.00 .. All John Deere Parts !!!

    I Dont Think So... The 440 Had The Starter On The Top Of The Bellhousing And The 1010 Is On The Left Side Attached To The Engine... 440 Had The Hyd. Pump On The Front Of Engine, 1010 Is Mounted In Front Of The Transmission On Top... Good Luck Jeff
