    theres alot of great guys on here that know there stuff ! you may be able to shave you head for more compression or get a 450 gas head or an lp head.. a stock farmall M 8060 head is like 200 cc and a 450 gas head i think is around 160cc and a 450lp head is 140 cc so you could gain more...

    i was pondering on what kind of outcomes turbo charging and stroking would do! i wonder if a 5and 3/4 stroke and 4 and 1/4 pistons with not to much compresion and a keystone turbo would make for horsepower and stay together? would a 4 and a 1/8 bore motor with a 8060 head be a good candidate...

    stiener tractor parts sells the same thing as dennys.. id go with stiener way before dennys... heard a lot of bad rummors about people getting bad service and horrible tech help from them.. just my opinion.. put one on one of my M"s with stock 4 inch bore and 8060 head and i gained around 3 or 4...

    it runs very nicely now that ive got the proper weight brackets for it! and im getting it balanced pretty good for the most part and getting the tire pressure dialed in along with my hitch! it will run out of power on a hard dirt track in 1st in 7500 pound class but im getting my weight figured...

    alright ill try the throttle plate thing works, and i have the silanoid fuel shut off deal because i have a bowl off of a 301 combine engine annd i just used the brass nut and screw like an M would have. im looking into maybe this winter stroking the tractor some .

    yes im running an lp head and high dome 4 1/8 pistons in my farmall M it did the dieseling thing when i ran 110 straight also.. it runs very nice on the dyno around 65 horse so far .. hadnt had much time to monkey with the carb yet. i no the timing isnt off because ive timed it just right like...
