OT: Car Automatic Transmission Oil
Check under the car and see if there is any tranny fluid from the transmission to the rear of the car...a failed radiator will mix the coolant with the tranny fluid and the fluid will come out the tranny vent...then the fluid will be brown like you described.. just my own experience.- vhmtach40

OT honda GX 160
The carb is probably gunked up with old gas....you need to unscrew the two outlets at the bottom of the bowl and let out "gunk"....and refill the gas tank with fresh gas....good luck!!!!.- vhmtach40

OT - 1995 Suburban howling noise
Had a similiar situation last week...A squealing/low grinding noise seemed to stay with the rpm of the engine...thought it was the transmission or the heater blower motor...turned out it was in the front of the engine... right in the front and center of the engine between the alternator and air...- vhmtach40
