    Good day pulling but tractor broke

    Doesn't like to run with out these pieces attached. Distributor drive broke. Still won the class though. Bill this is why it wouldn't run. If I can get the part in time we should be ready by next weekend.

    580 B Temp. gauge reading

    I just went through this on my 730 and did a lot of extra work. Keep it simple and start by replacing the sending unit. That's exactly what mine was doing and a new mechanical gauge showed everything was fine.

    300 vs 312

    My 312 was different in that it had a fiberglass hood also. I don't think that was typical though. The top of the hood that opened was steel but the rest was fiberglass. Anyone know anything about how many were built that way? Wally
