    Deere 467

    Those are regular JD belt clips,(a little less than $20.00) to put them your self, you can buy the kit (NOT CHEAP.) AS for getting part, I use a local Farm Store. Hope you got the manual and keep the roller free from wrap/string or any thing else. And dang that PTO shaft is a pain. Good luck...

    I don't know if your tractor has PTO, but I seen a Farmall that had the starter hooked the PTO shaft.

    I supplied a tractor to an agi. group at a local school. What a joke, 5 years later they brought it back, it ran is about all I can say, never again.

    467 baler

    I should have also said it's a mega wide. Looks to me it channels the grass away from the pick up teeth. Baled my first bale 3 or 4 years ago, so I'm well seasoned hay guy, ha.

    I use a JD 467 baler. I hit a hog dug hole and folded the crop divider under the baler breaking several pick (6 of the 8) up teeth and bending the shield protecting the small chain on the same side. I went ahead and finished, didn't have much left to do. I guess my question, what is the purpose...

    I can adjust the bale density on my JD 467. My understanding, it wears a baler out quicker.

    Making Hay

    I know the feeling about not being very good hay season. I have a 25 acres coastal field, a normal cutting I get 40 o 50 rolls of top quality hay. Just finished, 11 bales, so short it was hard to rake & bale. So this year I won't get my line & fertilize money back. But, we're having fun.
