    New TO-20 user, hydro problems

    Thought you might be interested in an update. I had soemone take a look and the Yoke was disconnected. It still won't hold up an implement, but lifts. I/they suspect it has a intermitent sticking relief valve.

    Howard reduction gear made in England ???

    I have something similar on my TO 20. It is forward and left below the gear sift and close to the main brake pedal on the lower right side. The lever goes up and down and also pulls out. I am told that gives me different ratios on the PTO and they are hard to find.

    Thanks. It sounds like the best time is in warm weather, or clean out the body with diesel fuel spray. Then use 15/30 oil.

    Thanks. Do I just do a search? I was just there and saw an article on what oil to use. Looks like a combination Transmission/hydraulic fluid that conforms to the Ford M2C134D spec.

    T030 hydraulics stiff

    Having similar issues with my TO 20. I can lift the arms by hand. The hydro worked intermittently until now. I am in a cold climate, so part of the problem. Even when the tractor is warm, it doesn't lift well, or at all. The oil looks clear and fairly new.

    I am a new owner of a TO 20. The 3 pt. doesn't lift well, or not at all in the cold weather. Folks I have talked to say I should change out the hydro oil to get rid of any crud or water to see if that helps. Is there a filter on the bottom, or is it just a screen to clean or something? Haven't...

    Hello, I would be interested in the top and bottom link of the three point if it would work on a TO-20. I think mine is a 1951. My serial number is: TO-52488. Would those fit my 20?
