    Can anyone tell me how to detach the pto pump from the tractor. I can not find any kind of locking mechanism like on normal pto shafts?

    John, Is it possible to add a PTO by pulling out the short shaft and installing a long shaft with the PTO gear and clutch at the back of the tractor? Are there holes to mount the PTO clutch assembly?

    What are the options on shortening the shaft? I have heard of cutting it off and have also heard talk about getting a shaft designed for the hydraulics rather than the mechanical lift. What is the best way and how much work is it?
