986 pto problem
When I turn the pto on the pto doesnt turn on. If i incease engine rpms to about 1700rpms the pto will finally turn on. What could be causing this problem and is it an easy fix? Thanks for your help.- zimerj

2290 valve cover torque
I am putting new valve cover gaskets in a 2290. The person who put them in last time tightened them down to tight and they pushed out from under the covers. Is there a torque spec for these?- zimerj
