Mustang Generator Help

I need to find an armature for the generator on a Mustang I'm rebuilding. The generator is an autolite GHD6001R. The massey p/n is 1004809m91. So far this number leads to dead ends. Would anybody have a cross reverence from the massey number to an autolite part number?

have a look at his pdf file rosesclassyquilts.com https://www.rosesclassyquilts.com › EquipmentList2 it has a list of generator applications for massey harris tractors as well as other applications, it shows a mustang using a GHD6001V instead of a GHD6001R don't know what the difference is . you may be able to find one with a different part number that will work i.e. for a willys jeep

What I need to find is an autolite parts break down for the GHD6001V or the GHD6001R generators that will give me autolite part numbers for the internal parts. Then I can search for what I need with autolite numbers as well massey numbers.

Check with B & B Custom Circuits. Steve may have some info and parts that might help you. He is the go-to guy for electrical on the Unofficial Allis site. I believe some old Allises used some Autolite components.
