There is a lot about the B-29 in Charles Sweeney's book, WARS END. And it is a good read. His account differs from Col. Paul Tibbets, another good read. Both of these men flew the atomic missions and trained for months to do it. There was special techniques and modified B-29s.

Those four row corn cob engines on theB29 were terrible grumpy and required cautious adjustments by the crew.

How do I double like this puzzle? In flight picture makes it even better. More impressive are the crews that flew them.
