560 cockshutt sleeve protrusion

Does anyone know if there was ever a bulliten on sleeve protrusion for the 4-270 perkins. Having head gasket sealing issues ...bubbles in the rad.
 
That's a wet sleeve engine correct? Bad sleeve or O-rings?

You may want to call Mike Daugherty in Warren, IN (260) 375-6018. He bought Phil Heisey's entire Cockshutt parts and manual inventory. He may know.
 
I'm not aware of any service bulletins on sleeve protrusion. I rebuilt mine a couple of years ago, used copper spray sealant on head gasket and new head studs. I hope your problem isn't a cracked head.
