50 John deere A removing tire rims?

Is there any safe way to remove the rims from the cast iron center sections ,no calcium cloride,38 by 1200 tires I believe. How much weight?

Not too hard to handle if they're not loaded with fluid but, at least on mine, the hooks on the center are to the inside. The rims have to be turned some to work them off over the center.
