Ford 3930 PTO Brake

I have a 3930 with independent PTO that needs the PTO brake replaced. Does tractor have to be split or can it be done without splitting? Also it does have a FEL if that matters. TIA.
 
3930 pto brake is hydraulicly actuated, I’d do a pressure test before tearing into it
If pressures are good you may be able to access the brake through the side plate above the oil filter adapter, if not there remove the lift top
Do you have any type of service manual? If not get one
