Oil delivery tube not oiling on a Fresh rebuild 800 Ford Engine. ?? Any one know if this tubes termination in the block with the Pan dropped can be seen? Can this tube be extracted from the engine by pulling it up from the top of the head for inspection of the end and seal?

How are you determining that there's no oil to the rockers? Is the engine running, or are you turning the pump with a drill? The oil supply to the rockers is not a continuous stream. It's a spurt once during each turn of the cam shaft, when the oil passages line up. If you're using a drill to turn the pump and the holes aren't aligned, no oil will flow.

Thanks I did find that out and started turning the engine with out the coil wire and did get pressure. One more quuestion though . The oil pressure port is behind the Hydraulic Pump. Whats the best way to replace that line without kinking it? Thankls Max
