I have a 1957 ihc farmall 350D for sale. Engine block is cracked so I bought a good used block to rebuild. Health problems prevent me from doing the rebuild. $1750

Putting it in the classified ads above will get some attention. That engine is basically a one year orphan. Rebuilding them is expensive enough to shy people away from them. Given that, I think you are are 500 over priced unless it has near perfect tires, good TA, and nice sheet metal. Use photos in your ad. Jim

The engine is in bad condition. Rod bearings are trashed, crankshaft scored and blue from overheating. I just had the crankshaft tested too and it’s “ full of cracks”.

I am hoping to restore it. If your friend is looking for a 350 D to restore or use for parts, I know where there are a couple with stuck engines. If my plans work out, I will have extra used engine parts to sell.
