Hi. I’m looking for a metal belt pulley from a Massey Harris 44 Standard to replace the trashed paper pulley that I currently have on mine. If anybody has one that they would be willing to ship up to Canada that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I believe I have one here in South-Central Ontario that I saved for just that reason (to replace the paper pulley on our 44). We sold our 44 before I ever swapped it, but I kept the pulley just in case I needed to adapt it to something else. Will try to get pictures tomorrow if I remember. Keep reminding me if I forget.

I seem to recall someone, somewhere running an ad in a magazine that rebuilds paper pulleys. But any details are long gone.

I responded to the OP in this thread and then completely forgot to follow up. But I'm sure I still have a steel pulley (with the housing and bevel gear) from a 44 that I'd be willing to part with. I'm over in Ontario though - not sure if shipping would be prohibitive. Can look into shipping quotes if desired, but RustRed is a lot closer. And considering how popular the 44 and 444 were, I'm guessing you could find one without going too far afield.
