This Moline has been used on our farm since Dad bought her in the early 70s. My understanding is it's only one of 22 2WD and an additional 3 4WD we're produced. The serial number on this one is 229886.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know where any of the others reside or how many have been identified/found?

Also, anyone have a rough idea of her value? She runs good with under 6000 hours on her (her main jobs got taken over by a 4440 in the early 80's).

Thank you!

You should send your picture to tractor data because they don’t have any photos of that model.

Your production numbers are correct. I've documented 6 of the 25 made so far. There's one coming up on an auction in OK soon too.
6 seems like a decent percentage--I saw that a couple G940s had sold in the past few years. This is the one in Oklahoma that will be auctioned. I was hoping to go another route on marketing but family . . . I'm just hoping the right folks see her and will give her a good home and get her looking spiffy.

What Oliver or Cockshutt model was this equivalent to? I ran a Cockshutt 1850 on a local farm years ago.
Same as Oliver 1855. The 1855 is what Dad and Grandpa wanted to buy in the early 70's. The local dealer in Guthrie, OK couldn't get the Oliver, but knew there was a G940 over in Watonga.

Ok, interesting. I have never been able to decipher what was what exactly with this generation of MM, Oliver or Cockshutt.
Nice tractor.
