1949 A No Oil Flow past filter

Need some help with an A I need to get going so I can haul it.

Backstory: bought it locked up several years ago and got it running and it had oil pressure. Military moved me and it's sat for the last year and a half. Finally getting around to hauling it to my new location and after starting it I'm not getting oil pressure.

I've verified I'm getting oil out of the pump to the filter housing. The pump shaft is intact and turning. I removed the filter housing and filter to sanity check and the pump is definitely pumping oil into the filter, but it's not making it out. I've cracked the lines at my oil pressure gauge, rocker arm, and one of the side bearing lines, no flow from any of them. I have the crankcase cover off and can't see anything obvious wrong. Just to see if it made a difference I did try screwing in the pressure adjustment screw but that didn't help. I also tried without a filter installed at all but still no dice.

The only thing I know is wrong is that the previous owner overtightened the oil filter bolt and cracked the head so now the shaft spins. I know this needs to be fixed but I'm just trying to get it to run long enough to be able to drive onto and off of a trailer. Even with that issue I still had oil pressure before.

Any ideas? I only have the service manual for a B and am working in the field with little options for ordering parts or a manual in time to matter. Given flow to the filter I'm assuming it's not a pump problem. Thanks in advance.

Update with solution:

Ended up pulling the oil pump just to make sure it was working; it was but it was full of crud in the screen. While it was out I shot pressurized air into the line from the pump to the filter housing to try and find the leak. Found a quarter-sized hole in the top of the oil filter head. Evidently when the shaft broke it took out part of the top of the head with it, and the first time I started it I must've had it just perfectly positioned that it was able to build some oil pressure.

Going to temporarily repair the hole with JB weld just to get it home before tearing into it for a proper fix.

Thanks!
