Would this be a Massey Harris?

Lot of construction and skid steer equipment is Mustang, not really familiar with it as a tractor brand, but I see references to MH having such a model? Was not a popular brand in my neighborhood so wasn’t familiar with that…..

The Massey Harris model 23 (Mustang) did not come with a 3 pt hitch. I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Are you trying to fit a 3 pt hitch from another tractor to yours?

Maybe this post might provide some guidance.

Slow this time of year; plus I just picked up a snow blower for the Massey, so now I need to fabricate a three point hitch. (Cart before the horse, eh?) Mine was a basic unit and '51 Massey Harris hydraulic parts are kinda' rare around here so I had to use a straight ruler to scale up a design...

The Massey Harris model 23 (Mustang) did not come with a 3 pt hitch. I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Are you trying to fit a 3 pt hitch from another tractor to yours?

I don't see why a MH Mustang would not come with or be available with a 3- point system. The Mustang is just a newer MH 22 and a 3- pt was available on them. I had a MH 22 with it.

Some further searching suggests that a 3-point hitch may have been an available option. An old ad shows a 2024 auction listing a 1953 Mustang with a 3 point hitch. The ad has some pretty good pictures that don't look very similar to my Ford 600.
