KBA Transport Harrow

I bought a nice KBA harrow with the transport wheels last year. The only issue is the leveling rod broke and somebody welded rebar onto it. It was poorly done and has a lot of slop. Could someone measure the original rod for me and post the measurement? I plan on making a new one. It is part 13 on the parts diagram below.
