Old Rusted Mystery Tractors

Hi All, I have been tasked with appraising an estate here in MA. I visited the old farm yesterday. The images attached are of two very old tractors that have obviously been in the basement of an old out building a very long time. I have no clue what they are, let alone how to value them minus that information. If anyone can help I'd certainly be very grateful.

Looks like you have a Farmall Regular and a Farmall F20. Engine stuck or not and the condition of the tires and wheels will be biggest factor in value. Out here they would not be very valuable, maybe 2-300$. Good luck, Mike
