Hay wagons are especially hard to change cause to rack is over the tire. In days gone by I would just sit down , put the tire between my knees , scoot in and lift the tire in place with my legs and put the bolts in. Body no longer works like that. So I made up this little tool. Started with a $40 HF floor jack. Took the saddle off and fabricated the tire holder. Made it to sit out front to keep the tire lower. But then the rear of the jack came up rather than the tire raising. Added a flat iron that slipped into the jack frame and welded a couple of bearings to it for wheels. [tine bar bearings out of a ford rake I junked that were different than the common Nh bearings] That stabilized the javck so it lifted the tire. Not ready for commercial production, but seems to work well so thought I would share it. I also have headless studs I screw in to help align the wheel
