How many shims needed for rear hub freeplay adjustment?

Yes, I know it can't be answered without more info. I'll be replacing my left rear wheel seal since I've got a leak now that's contaminated my brakes. One procedure I read stressed the need to get the right adjustment on the wheel hub, which needed shims. I resealed both sides maybe 8 years ago, and I recall using a shim or few.

I'm ordering parts for an 8n governor rebuild as well as this seal replacement, but don't even see shims to buy on the YT website, at least not in the WHEEL category where the seal & other components are. If they're available from YT, please let me know. thx

What I do is jack-up both rear tires and install the rear axle. Turn the axle, if the axle on the opposite side turns the opposite direction than you are good, if they both turn the same direction, than you have to add a shim or more till the other axle turns the opposite direction.

Thanks, but I'm aware of the procedure. Just looking for the shims, hoping they're on the YT site since I'm about to put in an order.

I thought they came 10 to a pack maybe its 5 to a pack. Along with the original metal shims I have never needed more than 10.
