it’s a lot more work than expected! Lol
In the second photo, it appears that to have a 2 bladed fan???it’s a lot more work than expected! Lol
No sir it’s 4!In the second photo, it appears that to have a 2 bladed fan???
No, enlarge the picture and you'll see that you are looking at the ends of the blades and looking straight down them. That's why you can see the body of the blades. In the second photo, it appears that to have a 2 bladed fan???
I'll second that.Don't mean to be safety police but concrete blocks are horribly dangerous in that manner
They shatter without notice occasionally
Just a PSA carry on![]()
Optical illusion due to camera angle. I would have thought my ‘51 would have a 6 blade, but no. They, and fan shrouds seem to be a rare 8N item in North Louisiana. In the second photo, it appears that to have a 2 bladed fan???
Good idea on the hardener. I did not do that and I am starting to regret I didn't take the time. Looks Great!Going to prime a section at a time. Using Eastwood rust encapsulator plus. Once primed I’ll scruff and paint the red all at one time. Going to rust oleum Sunrise Red and add additional hardener.
Thank you!Oh I see you chose to do it the right way. Bravo sir.
Thanks!Good idea on the hardener. I did not do that and I am starting to regret I didn't take the time. Looks Great!
Yes sir! I realize the original red is darker than the sunrise. However, I’m not building a show tractor. Sunrise is ready available and in rattle cans too for some small parts. The sunrise red is a good sub for the Orange red that they switched over to in late 1957
