No I haven’t. But it reminds me of a guy I saw plowing with a 3/4 ton at Pinckneyville. Early 80s model, 4wd and I’m sure a 454 in it pulling 3 bottoms with authority.
It was said that was one of Chevrolet advertising claims that their trucks could do that and that guy was proving them right.
Sad ending: after Pinckneyville he took it to HCOP at Rantoul and was plowing with it there when something got hot and it caught on fire and sustained heavy damage.
Talking with a friend who watched it go out on a trailer and he said that they might be able to get it restored but it would take a LOT .

I used to have that piece. Photo shows something I think in the 329/359/414 family. Not a bad idea- I remember a pickup truck at FPS with a Deere engine. A bit too heavy and slow (and maybe just a tad pricy) to ever catch on.
