Sparkie-Meister solves again!

How many remember the "Sparkie Meister"? He just solved yesterday's problem for me! My 541 would not stay running like it was not getting gas so I cleaned the carb & tried again. Still not running right so clean again a lot more carefully. Still no help, so I let it set & mulled it over last night. Then I remembered Dell "the self-proclaimed Sparkie Meister" telling us "90% of carburetor problems are electrical." (I could have the percentage wrong, but not the thought!) This morning a quick cleaning inside the dist cap & the points & it runs great!
THANKS DELL!!! If God has any old Fords I'll bet they're running better than ever!

I think of him a lot. I always remember it's a 5 minute 2 bolt job just unsnaple the caple and let er dangle. Respectfully Dell

AND AGAIN!! My neighbor just came up to see if I could find why his Gravely zero turn was having trouble w/the starter. Just a little questioning & we found it's the "weak sister ignition switch"!
