384 international bearing noise transmission

Hi all looking for a little transmission help. Got an international 384 with a 2 stage clutch. I’ve got a loud bearing noise in neutral and whenever the clutch pedal is released. At first I was thinking it must be a bearing on the input shaft but the noise is still there when the clutch pedal is pushed half way releasing the engine. The noise only goes away with pedal fully pushed releasing both engine and PTO. That’s now making me think it’s a bearing on the PTO shaft.
Can anyone with experience on these models help diagnose this? Thanks

I have the same issue on ford 8n....clutch pushed in no problem the minute i release the clutch in neutral gridning...if i put it in gear and release no problem....
