2015 5055e turn up horsepower

I know on some other sites this has been discussed quite extensively. From what I saw there appears to be no general conclusion if this is feasible. At least I didn't see anything I would trust. Some even talked about boosting it to 90 hp. That surely doesn't seem reasonable to me! If one could boost it 10 hp without changing a bunch of stuff, does anyone think that is possible? Sure would help mine but I'm not going to mess with it and ruin the engine doing something that it was not designed to do.

It appears to be the same engine up to the 5075E, so it should be possible, the question is if everything behind the engine will stand the increased power. Not unusual to use the same engine in different tractors with different pump settings and injectors, but often the transmission and rear end were sized for the stated horsepower

At 10 hp it’s unlikely you would notice a difference I wouldn’t touch it.

It should be new enough to be common rail so no difference in pump setting it’s gonna have ALOT of pressure at the rail it will be the same pump all in the size of injector tip so those injectors out of the next size up would be my plan if I thought I needed to.
