1964 ford 2000 won’t move

I have a 1964 Ford 2000 5-speed tractor with a live PTO that won’t go. The engine starts fine, the clutch shifts in and out of all the gears without problem, the PTO works, and the tension on the clutch pedal feels ok. There wasn’t any grinding or popping or anything that I heard prior to it not working. I had been cutting fields and I put her in neutral to open a gate, when I got back on and put her in gear, she wouldn’t move. I tried all the gears, and nothing. She was my granddaddy’s tractor and I’ve had her for about 10 years without any transmission or clutch issues, so I don’t really know where to start. Any input would be appreciated.

I had that happen once... got off the tractor to close a gate and when I got back on the tractor would not move.
It was the clutch. Exactly what happened to it, I do not recall. Not sure I even tried to dissect it, 'Razor', the crusty Ford dealership retired mechanic (retired to parts man) helped me sort it out. Early 1980's.

Could be the center twisted out of the clutch disc. It happened to me once on a B-Mack. No noise, no jerk or anything, just let it out in an upper gear and no drive.
