John Deere H Brake adjuster A151R

I am restoring a 1941 John Deere H and have the left axle off to redo the brakes which were frozen. I managed to get out the two adjusting pins (A134R) with lots of heat and penetrating oil but can't get the adjusting pin (A151R) out the same way--it is still stuck. Does this screw come out into the case vs turning the screw counterclockwise and coming out to the outside of the case. The shape of the screw seems to require the screw coming out through the inside. Thanks for any help.

Comes out into the case. Lots of heat, pentrating oil, and possibly a little pounding from an air chisel hammer will help break it loose.
