Oliver 356 Sickle Bar Mower Question

I recently purchased a Oliver 356 sickle bar mower for $25!! Its complete but needs a pittman stick however I haven't found one yet, I've searched online but it looks like I will have to make my own, does anyone on here either have one or the specifications to make one??

With a deal like that I couldn't pass it up and hopefully I can use it sometime this summer, I plan on painting it and putting on new decals, does anyone know where I can find the decals for it? Thanks!

I’ll try to post a links but Ross the Oliver Man on YouTube has a video about making one. Try Here. For decals contact Oliverdecals.com

Do you have the ends and just need the wood? Pretty simple, but you'll need to drill a hole into the end for the rod and spring
I have done a lot of them. When I get one right or have a good one I like to make a bunch to have on hand. Used to use sickles a lot.

Yeah I have the ends, there is some wood left but its rotten and breaking off really bad, some parts of the wood are already gone. Do you have any for sale? I would like to get a couple or so and not have to find more later.

NO i dont but oak ash hickory will work. Most of mine was for Jd and Ih. Check on ebay for parts too. The length is critical.
