Done planting corn last week

I pick up a few tractors this winter and this winter when I posted a few asked for a report out how it went. The versatile 876 did great with 13 shack chisel and used it on the 15 foot field finisher in have didn’t know it was back there. Next winter plan to find a 30 footer. The 2590 case ran out good but found bad remote cables at last minute so the case 1570 started the planting, 3rd day blew main charge line on left side and case no longer supports this nor aftermarket. It’s the hose with the 2 bolt metal flange and o ring. So we but the caseih 5230 on to finish, first corn planted 6 days ago is up. Just figured I share as we all have our tractor problems.

Glad you got all the corn in. I'm much more to the north of you and I had all of mine done back at the end of April.
We are about knee high already.

I have seen similar hose ends at caterpillar with the 2 clamp ends if you can’t find it through cnh (and if there’s a construction cnh outfit nearby I’d see if they are more adept at this) I’d take it there and they can build you a hose it will likely be a slightly longer in the hose section than it was less steel stem.

it won’t be quite as easy since there isn’t a part number on it but they had a bunch in the drawer even in our small town to match it up to

Glad yours is in. Done post spraying corn down here in Iowa have 2 fields of beans left to spray as the rain and wind sorts out.

With the crazy rain we had there is soybean stubble next to mine assuming would have been corn operated by a bigger outfit that isn’t planted yet you certainly aren’t last.

Our son's corn here in NW SC is about 12 feet tall and pollenating right now.
Lots of moisture in the ground also.

I was not ready in April when we had the warm weather, a lot of people planted then turned wet and cold. A lot of people replanted either spots or most of the field. My seed dealer said all he been doing is running replant seed the other week.

A place in Sharonville, Ohio, not that far from you, should be able to make that line, while you wait. It is called Ohio Hydraulics; you can google them. Take the old line with you. Mark.
