Cab door latch, MF698

The left door latch doesn't work on the inside of cab, can open from outside, right side works on inside and outside, need good breakdown of how they should be connected.

Take the right one apart and have a looksee.

I looked at the parts for the door latch, it doesn't show how the latch assembly connects to either the internal or external latches, something seems to be missing. Is easier to exist left side but door latch won't allow it.

Probably have to bite the bullet and buy the. $125 latch assembly, 3301854M91 AGCO MF 398 parts book

If you have not pulled it apart yet and looked at the assembly do that now. It could be something as simple as a pin sheared. Most I have seen just have a square shaft between the inner and outer parts, or some type of a cam set-up.

Right and if you still can't figure it out take the working one apart on the other side and have a look see.
