8770 Transmission problem

We have a genesis 8770 with an intermittent transmission problem with 7th and 11th gear. On the up shifts to 7th but mostly 11th gear, nothing will happen and the readout will just show F and no gear. Down shifting and upshifting again will resolve the problem. Tractor has 3800 hours on it and yes we did do the calibration with ending numbers well within spec. (Everything below 70) It is safe to say its an electrical problem and where to we start looking. Clutch #1 is the clutch pack common to both 7th and 11th gears. I would backprobe the connector for that solenoid and watch for voltage as you shift it into those gears. If you have voltage (likely, because you have no codes), I would swap solenoid #1 with solenoid #2 and see if the problem follows into gears 8 and 12. If it does, you have a sticky solenoid.
