2004 TL 90 PTO....wet clutch pto stops under load. Only about 1000 hours on it. Is it worn clutch discs or leaking internally not creating enough pressure to engage. Wondering if anyone has experienced this. It's electric over hydraulic to engage.

From my experience with a Ford 8240, I would suspect a leaking clutch pack cylinder seal. You should be able to put it through its onboard diagnostics and it may confirm this.

There's no onboard diagnostics that I'm aware of, but I think you are prolly correct. What does the repair of that look like if I may ask?

I took mine to the dealer. They lifted the back of the cab up a few inches then removed the hydraulic cover out thew back. With the cover out of the way the clutch is just below and ahead of it.
