IH 464 Remote Valve Kit Install -WHAT IS NEEDED?

Hey guys. I've got this parts tractor with a remote valve and a friend wants to install it on his tractor but his tractor is at a farm camp and isn't available to look at. Wondering what all parts are needed to be removed from the parts tractor to make it work. I've got the spool valve, handle, and both pipes with hoses that go to the back all removed. My main concern is #1 in the picture and the hard line that goes to that. Or is that already on all tractors?? I'm sure the cap, #6, is on all tractors.

Any idea if that part is needed or if it even comes off the tractor? I bumped it with a hammer and it didn't budge but could be stuck??

Does #1 come off and is it required to hook the remote valve up??? How would it be removed once the valve is removed??

Does the tractor that is receiving the remote valve have an existing valve and the owner is adding an additional remote valve?

See the second photo, you may have to provide the PURPLE hydraulic line which also can come from the item #6 end cap instead of on top of the adapter part. IH Louisville, KY, USA made a complicated remote hydraulic system on these tractors compared to the original IH Doncaster, UK design.
I maybe totally wrong on this as I live in Canada and we only have the original IH Doncaster, UK design here.
I have helped other owners with the IH Louisville, KY remotes, hook up loaders and there is sometimes a "got you" option that IH Louisville, KY installed as they had slight variations in the parts.

I removed #1 and the hard line going to the MCV last night. Once I got the fenders, seat, and shifter sheetmetal off and out of the way, It was much easier to see and access!

Was there a second hard line going to the remote valves? Or only the one to the MCV?
