Seventy year twist of fate

I did a lot of drainage work in side lot five years ago. Used 51 8N and bean cultivator to turn to dust to plant grass. Dusty, standing up in the sun to stay out of dust. Older woman across street keeps waving. When her husband became sick, had plowed her drive for years just because tractor was out and knew she needed help. I would just wave and leave as she stood at window. I went over and she was crying and she said "you made me cry. I was a little girl again. Told of growing up and sitting on porch watching Uncle and neighbor with new tractors across street. Said it was JUST LIKE THAT TRACTOR! Told her NO, could not be like it. She was hurt, how could I deny her childhood story? Grandpa traded in the 9N to get a new 8N. Neighbor loved it and bought one. This WAS the tractor. She cried again. I resembled Grandpa more than any relative. My best friend on the street.
