New cluster, wiring harness which I reloomed because my OCD bothered me. Custom battery cables. My awesome son in law fixed the rip in the nose for the hood latch bracket.
Destroked is correct, the blue will discolor a little around the exhaust, but the rest will be fine. Black or silver will look kind of odd.I didnt do anything to the existing head other than clean it. I’ll see if I can dab some black or silver grill paint
Lookin GoodGetting closer. I’ll give the paint a week before applying new decals. Then I can paint the bottom half of the tractor
That looks like a good patch job. I put 6 square feet of replacement sheet metal into my roadster. Before and after on the ripped nose
It looks great!Still have to paint the lower half and bottom but for now I can drive it around and have fun. The wheels and fenders should all be the darker Ford tractor grey right?.
No, the dark gray ended in 1957. The thousands used the nearly white gray from the factory, but some owners repainted them dark gray.Still have to paint the lower half and bottom but for now I can drive it around and have fun. The wheels and fenders should all be the darker Ford tractor grey right?.
Gray, blue centers started with the 69 model production starting around Sept 68Should the rear wheels be blue center light gray outer?
