I got the gas tank - thanks Bates Corp was awesome. But now I need the horizontal exhaust (exhaust is between the rear wheels, now out the top of the hood.

Part number is 400 349 R1. Have a feeling it does not exist anymore.

Is it possible to have one made? I know it might be hellish expensive, but dead in the water right now.

Believe it or not you’re not the only one who has posted about a tractor on the IH forum since April, this means we need to be told again what model tractor this is for.
Might try the YT parent company All States Ag Parts 855-530-1460 they have tractor salvage yards in multiple states. Otherwise you have to search out other tractor salvage operations to see if they have one. I would guess having a “one off” exhaust manifold cast would cost more than what you current tractor is worth.

Sorry about the model - its a IH Industrial 2405B - the exhaust exits out the bottom next to the left rear wheel, not through the hood. The only replacement manifold I can find is a vertical hood exhaust, but I would prefer not to cut a hole in hood and have a muffler out the top - tree branches and such.

Just FYI, when you search a PN like that on the web take out the spaces 300349R1. That doesn’t create a miracle in this case only shows two options and both are out of stock. Did you try ASAP?

Oh, it's definitely not available anymore. Do you have any or all of the original to use as a pattern? If so you can take it to a muffler shop and have them bend you up a new one out of standard exhaust pipe.

Otherwise you could always piece something together out of exhaust tubing parts available at most auto parts stores and many farm and fleet type stores.

You can try PeriParts. A search there for 400349R1 returns good, so you can request availability & price if you wish.

So, I am looking for the manifold - I was thinking to see if I could have one CNC milled, but not sure who and where. Likely expensive but need it to run.
The tube bending option is not the issue, the tube is ok.
