Tried my Milwaukee impact wrench will not budge the plug and the position is such I can't get a breaker bar with pipe on it. It is soaking with B P Blaster on it now.

Welp when ya get one like that out comes the TORCH and heat the plug to almost a glow then put the cold water to it and them try . I don't know them OFF color tractors so i don't know where that plug is located .

Stop with the impact. Heat as above. If sq head , or ya round it, 1 is pipe so pipe wrench. 2 is weld big , fat hex nut. Heat does work, box end to spin out. Next time, as above, best to hold off on power tools, but think.

Patience if you don't need it right away. PB may take three days to work. I TAP it with the impact only, just a bit right and left. spray and walk away. Morning, noon, and night. Just a few seconds of taps. I have removed frozen, steel intake nuts without pulling the studs. Your results may vary. Not sure what the plug looks like, but it does work on other things.

The tractor is a John Deere 6300, a friend suggested welding a big nut on it so I could use my 3/4" ratchet and a pipe, any thoughts?
You said in the original post "the position is such I can't get a breaker bar with pipe on it.". So how are you now going to get a 3/4 ratchet and pipe on it?

Just do as tractor vet says and be done with it. Just the plug and everything else will be fine, unless it’s directly under the fuel tank maybe.

I covered the weld a nut. Use stick, no sissy mig. Don,t cold water quench. Pro tip, after heat, bees wax. Soaks in, smells good. Penetrating oil burns off. New to work on machines?

I believe these use straight thread plugs (SAE or metric) with an O-ring or aluminum or copper sealing washer under the head of the plug. They can start hard.

If I could get a box end wrench on it, with any amount of turn available, I would try the box end and give the other end a good whack with a good-sized hammer while putting turning pressure on the wrench. Surprisingly this will sometimes start a plug, nut or cap screw when an impact won't.
