Case 530CK diesel fuel filters and gaskets.

Man, I am really struggling to find these gaskets!

My 530ck has the dual fuel filter setup. The Primary is in the larger lower housing and takes filter # CS-A35863.
The upper housing holds the Final filter # A45668 / G45288 / WIX 33165.

The WIX filter comes with two thinner gaskets but they arent the right size for the housing. As you can see one of my original gaskets is damaged and I'm trying to find replacements. The OEM part# for these larger gaskets is G46895 but I cant source them anywhere. I'm assuming they're NLA.

Has anyone else come across this issue and what was their setup that worked?

It sounds like the Donaldson P556245 or the Baldwin BF825 may be the only options.
Can anyone confirm if these fit before I add them to my collection of misfit filters?

I haven't been able to confirm anything that fits. I was able to find one from Napa, but had to pay shipping to get it from somewhere out east and it was the last one in napa's system.

Some pictures of the Fleetguard FF138 have the wide gasket on them. I would ask before purchasing. The proper filter with the proper gaskets is getting scarce. I'm sure many of us might have to change our filter setups at some time in the future. Or maybe start cutting our own gaskets.
I bought half the Wix ones available in Canada a couple years ago but I can't find the receipt.

I had the exact same problem i ended up making my own . I bought a rubber gasket material from tractor supply.

Well I finally got my Primary fuel filter in the mail. Went to go install it this morning and its too tall.

Back to the drawing board..
Heres what the inside of my bowl looks like.. is there supposed to be a spring or something on this shaft?

Does anyone have a similar setup that can share their filter number with me?

the filter that goes in there looks like a roll of toilet paper raped with yarn . part # A35863 at Case IH dealer.

Crosses to a Wix 33516. I don't seem to have a problem finding those ones. No spring, just the thick gasket below it. Comes with instructions even! Doggone things are getting expensive for what they are tho aren't they?

Thanks for the heads up guys. I dont see it available anywhere and it was missing when I opened the cylinder so it looks like I'm relying on the secondary until I come up with a solution.

Have you talked to a parts store that sells WIX? They might not stock it but should be able to get it. NAPA may be able to get them as well # 3516 was the number, it might have change as they have changes suppliers for at least some of their filters.

Also as suggested call your Case Dealer. You could also try calling John Saeli at 315-585-9826.

It does not appear PartsASAP/YT have them.

Thank you for the heads up! Just cleaned out one supplier for the Wix 33516 in Canada. Got 5 year's worth of both now.
Where are you? I do see these filters still for sale with a google search.
